Shipping / Delivery

You can choose between different delivery methods when ordering from us.

Weight-based shipping - Price is based on weight and follows carrier's weight table, a possible additional cost of goods that are bulky. (L + B + H <90cm)

Shipping-free - This option is offered when the total order value exceeds 300 Euro.

Pickup - The products are dispatched to address given when order is placed, and can only be changed by writing to us. 

Delivery time

Usually delivery time is between 1-5 days depending on availability. When we do not agree with a complete stock, we reserve for the actual time. If delivery time falls outside normal time, this will be announced within a day of order. If you have ordered an item not in stock, you are always entitled to cancel your purchase. 

Unauthorised return of goods / damaged goods or picked up from customer without authorisation, will be charged / debited 300skr / €30.


Transport damage

If the package and / or content is damaged when you get it, you should notify Sebra  immediately. If you have picked up and opened the package and discovered damage please contact us. Transport damage should be admitted to us within "reasonable time" from the damage being detected or discovered. Complaints that occur within 30 days from the date of purchase are always considered as "reasonable time". 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with anything you ordered, you always have 14 days of withdrawal after you receive your product. The goods shall then be returned unchanged and in original packaging with the labels on. When the item is returned with us and it is found that it is not damaged, we will refund the amount you paid within 14 days. For the right of withdrawal, you must contact us within these 14 days by sending an e-mail to: info@sebraab.se. Please note that unresolved packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. 

Returns

At return you are responsable for the transport cost. Therefore, always keep the delivery slip / receipt until the return is completed. This material is always used for any complaints made to the carrier responsable for carriage. Contact us at the same time and tell us if you want to change the item or refund.

Complaint

You have the right to return an item that is incorrect. Only original errors are covered by the right of complaint. Normal wear, for example, is not covered. Contact us as soon as you discover the error by emailing: info@sebraab.se. In case of wrong item shipped, we will be responsible for the return.
